Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. All our products entitled for 30 days no question asked return policy. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS for REFUND

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

All Imitation Articles or Jewellery are Not Eligible for Returns in any Case. In some conditional cases approved by ISHI DIAMONDS Team, we will deduct 5% of Order Value or ₹150/- whichever is higher will be deducted. All Sezzle transactions are returnable in Gold Jewellery at deduction of 5% on Order Value.


RETURN for EXCHANGE

All products purchased from our website also entitled for lifetime exchange. For an exchange, We will issue a store credit of 80% of Current Gold (For particular carat) Market Value and 90% of the Diamond Value and 60% of the Gemstone Value (of Invoiced Date & Gemstone Should Not be Cracked). If Article consists of Cubic Zircons, Swarovski or any other stone then we will not issue any amount against it. Store Credit Issued Valid for Lifetime for Single time Purchase.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, Call us on Help desk or email us on info@ishidiamonds.com. We will initiate a pickup for you and after checking the product, we will initiate the refund to the original payment mode which was used to make payment at the time of purchase. You can also place return request from website. Fill in the simple form and all done. We will do the rest.

Your 1 Call or Email Will Start Return Process. We will ask reason for the return but it’s not compulsory to answer.

Yes, Most important, Return Shipping is paid by us. So don’t worry about return shipping charges.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your payment account from which we received payment at the time of purchase, depending on your credit card/bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Warranty

What we cover in warranty? All manufacturing defects that appears during 6 months of purchase, comes under warranty. We will not entertain any wear & tear of product.

In case stone fell from product and lost, then we will service the product free of cost but stone cost will be paid by customer only. Usually we did not charge for CZ or American Diamonds But it’s our choice to provide it for free. We will pick product and deliver it to you again with nominal shipping fee (After Warranty).

RETURNS or REFUNDS & WARRANTY FOR USA CUSTOMERS

For USA Customers, Very Simple Return Policy, If the product you get is different from what we shown on website for a particular product, 100% Refund will be issued if claimed within 3 days of Delivery. Just Fill the form, attach snaps, and if we approve it, it will be refunded within 5 working days. There may be no need to return the product. There will be no warranty on the product but we are liable of what we sell. If taken little care, Product will work for longer time.


Claims

No Medical Damages will be on us in case of any allergic reactions by our jewelry. Customers need to be aware about polishing reaction with skin and if they are allergic with polishing, we strongly recommend not to buy our product.

  • Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products) is not eligible for a 15 Day Money-Back or a 15 Day Exchange. Lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable.
  • Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/ jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.
  • In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the BuyBack / Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • If the discount was on making charges, the discount will not be deducted while arriving at the Lifetime Exchange (LTE) value.
  • If the discount was on the gold value or diamond value then the entire discount will be deducted while arriving at the LTE value.
  • If the discount was on MRP, then the discount will be deducted on the actual making charges of the design while arriving at the final LTE value.
  • In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
  • Kindly note that you may utilize your gold exchange and/or lifetime exchange value within 180 days of the transaction date. If not, the amount will be refunded post deduction of 10% transaction charges as per CaratLane policy.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
  • This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
  • CaratLane reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
  • Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values are calculated excluding the making charges and taxes.
  • Any new product purchased against LTE value or Old Gold Exchange Credit will be eligible for 100% exchange (15 days), LTE and Buyback but not eligible for 15 day money-back.
  • Additional 10% will be deducted from the LTE value if the customer does not have the Invoice.
  • You can exchange your design within 15 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.
  • Orders that are placed in India using an international card will be eligible for a 15 Day Exchange only.
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In the case of a refund, the payment will be processed via online bank transfer within 10 days after dispatching the resized product.
  • If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair / replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case-by-case basis.
  • This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
  • Platinum products are not eligible for repairs.
  • Some products may not be repairable, and our repair facility will assess them to offer solutions on a case-by-case basis.
  • In case of quality issues that can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it!*
    *Damages resulting from misuse, loss of parts (diamond, screw, etc.), neglect, or unauthorised repair attempts are not covered under the warranty policy. Valid only on orders below ₹2 lakh.
We offer free repairs or exchanges for eligible issues within 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • For cases when Repairs are not possible, we may offer a one-time exchange, matching the original invoice value, based on the condition

Repairs After 6 Months
We understand that issues can arise even after 6 months – We’ve still got you covered!
Paid Repair Services:
  • Repairs are available at a nominal repair fee
  • You can drop by at any of the Shaya stores near you, and we can get the product inspected for Repair possibility, cost, and the time it would take
  • If you want the product to be picked up and dropped off at your home address, we charge a small fee of Rs. 199
Repair costs will be confirmed after our expert team inspects your item. Turnaround time is typically 3–4 weeks
